Unit II Dhumal Nagar is Aero Enterprises' certified primary steel stockyard. JSW and TATA certified coils and sheets in HR IS 2062, CR IS 513 (CQ, DQ, DDQ), GI IS 277, SS 304/316, and PO grade are held in simultaneous stock — verified against Mill Test Certificates on a 50-tonne certified digital weighbridge before release to Unit I production. No material enters the Unit I production floor without MTC verification at Unit II.

Yes. Unit I Vasai Phata provides CNC press brake bending job work for outside clients — OEMs, fabricators, and sheet metal workshops. The CNC press brake runs at 100T / 3100mm bed with multi-axis back gauge and ±0.5° angular repeatability. Standard material range is 0.5mm to 12mm across MS, CR, GI, SS, and aluminium.
