JSW and TATA certified coils and sheets in HR IS 2062, CR IS 513 (CQ, DQ, DDQ), GI IS 277, SS 304/316, and PO grade are held in simultaneous stock — verified against Mill Test Certificates on a 50-tonne certified digital weighbridge before release to Unit I production. No material enters the Unit I production floor without MTC verification at Unit II.

Yes. Unit I Vasai Phata provides CNC press brake bending job work for outside clients — OEMs, fabricators, and sheet metal workshops. The CNC press brake runs at 100T / 3100mm bed with multi-axis back gauge and ±0.5° angular repeatability. Standard material range is 0.5mm to 12mm across MS, CR, GI, SS, and aluminium. Job work clients can supply their own laser-cut or sheared blanks for bending, or Aero Enterprises can supply material from Unit II stock. Contact Unit I for job work capacity and lead time.
