20 hydraulic and mechanical power presses from 10T to 150T running progressive die, compound die, deep drawing, blanking, and piercing operations simultaneously at Unit I Vasai Phata. Press tonnage is matched to each job based on material grade, thickness, and die force requirement. In-house die maintenance and first-off dimensional verification on every production run.

Powder Coating
7-tank chemical pre-treatment line, two electrostatic spray booths, and three thermostatically controlled curing ovens at Unit I. The largest oven is crane-operated at 4x10x10 ft, handling oversized structural frames and fabricated assemblies that standard batch ovens cannot accommodate. Class 5B cross-hatch adhesion compliance verified on every production batch.

Four multi-process inverter welding units running MIG, TIG, and ARC on MS, SS, GI, aluminium, brass, and copper, plus two resistance spot welders for high-volume hardware and panel assembly. ASME and ISO compliant Welding Procedure Specifications applied on all structural joints. Dye Penetrant Testing on load-bearing joints before powder coat conceals them.

Raw Material
Stockyard
Unit II Dhumal Nagar is Aero Enterprises' certified primary steel stockyard. JSW and TATA certified coils and sheets in HR IS 2062, CR IS 513 (CQ, DQ, DDQ), GI IS 277, SS 304/316, and PO grade are held in simultaneous stock and verified against Mill Test Certificates on a 50-tonne certified digital weighbridge before release to Unit I production. No material enters the Unit I production floor without MTC verification at Unit II.
