02. Market Dynamics & Inquiries
2.1 Pricing Volatility: Sheet Metal market prices fluctuate regularly. All quotations are valid for a maximum of 24 hours unless explicitly locked via a purchase deposit.
2.2 Traceability Records: Material records must be requested prior to dispatch. We cannot guarantee retroactive record issuance for processed secondary stock.
2.3 Fabrication Quality: All processing follows standard industrial quality unless stricter engineering drawings are submitted and approved.
04. Legal Jurisdiction
All commercial agreements are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Palghar and Mumbai, Maharashtra.
