Aero Enterprises runs two integrated units under one commercial agreement. Unit II Dhumal Nagar holds JSW and TATA certified primary coil stock in HR, CR, GI, and SS verified against Mill Test Certificates on a 50-tonne certified digital weighbridge. Unit I Vasai Phata converts that stock into finished precision components through 20 power presses, a 3000W fiber laser, CNC press brake bending, MIG, TIG and ARC welding, and a 7-tank powder coat finishing system. No subcontracting. No vendor handoffs. One production system from coil to component.

LED Lighting Manufacturers
Aero Enterprises fabricates the complete sheet metal component set for LED lighting assemblies: housing shells, heat sink enclosures, driver compartment bodies, flood light mounting brackets, and wall and pole mounting hardware. Thin-gauge CR IS 513 components are laser cut with nitrogen assist for oxide-free edges that accept powder coat directly without intermediate grinding. Distortion-controlled TIG welding on enclosure assemblies below 1.5mm and automated three-stage powder coat finishing with UV-stable polyester top coat in client-specified RAL colours complete the production sequence at Unit I Vasai Phata.
Tracker OEMs
Solar tracker systems require sheet metal components that carry structural loads, resist outdoor corrosion across Maharashtra's climate zones, and maintain dimensional consistency across high-volume production batches. Aero Enterprises produces structural mounting brackets, pivot arm assemblies, slotted adjustment plates, channel section profiles, and torque tube support weldments for tracker OEM clients. Progressive die stamping on the 20-press floor at Unit I produces consistent blank geometry across high-volume batches. CNC press brake bending at 100T / 3100mm holds angular tolerance across long structural sections. GI IS 277 at 180 GSM and three-stage powder coat systems are specified based on the installation zone.
Automotive OEMs
Aero Enterprises supplies Tier-1 and Tier-2 automotive clients with deep-drawn chassis brackets, body reinforcement components, skin panel blanks, and structural sub-assemblies in CR IS 513 DQ and DDQ grade sourced as JSW and TATA certified primary coils from Unit II Dhumal Nagar. Progressive die stamping across 20 presses at Unit I produces consistent component geometry with first-off dimensional verification and in-process batch sampling. MTC documentation chain is maintained from mill coil to finished component. ASME compliant Welding Procedure Specifications are applied on all structural weld joints.
Furniture Manufacturers
Modular office and industrial furniture systems require sheet metal components that are dimensionally consistent across multi-batch deliveries, cosmetically consistent in powder coat colour, and structurally reliable under repeated daily loading. Aero Enterprises produces wall unit panels, folder brackets, frame weldments, shelf support profiles, hinge reinforcement plates, and hardware components for furniture manufacturers. Stamping on the power press floor produces consistent hole pattern accuracy across high-volume batches. Automated powder coat on the conveyor line with calibrated RAL reference panel matching ensures colour consistency across every delivery batch.
Stationery Manufacturers
Stationery product manufacturing requires high-volume precision stamped hardware components with consistent geometry, clean edge condition, and uniform powder coat finish across large production batches. Aero Enterprises processes thin-gauge CR IS 513 strip through kachi light-gauge cutting machines for small-format blanks below 1.5mm, progressive die stamping for binding mechanism hardware and formed strip components, resistance spot welding for assembled hardware parts, and two-stage powder coat finishing for consumer-facing components. Batch consistency across the full production run is maintained through first-off verification and hourly in-process sampling.
Industrial & General Fabrication
Aero Enterprises serves industrial component clients across the Mumbai, Thane, and Palghar manufacturing belt with custom sheet metal fabrication across the full production sequence at Unit I: fiber laser cutting, stamping, CNC bending, shearing, drilling, tapping, welding, and seven-tank powder coat finishing. Components include electrical enclosures, panel bodies, HVAC support frames, pipe clamps, saddle hardware, industrial cabinet structures, and custom engineering parts across MS, CR, GI, SS, aluminium, brass, and copper. JSW and TATA certified primary stock is available through Unit II Dhumal Nagar with MTC on every consignment.
