Unit I Vasai Phata is a full-service sheet metal fabrication job work facility — providing CNC laser cutting, press brake bending, power press stamping, MIG/TIG welding, powder coating, and shearing services to OEMs, fabricators, and job shops. Most clients use both — Unit II supplies the certified raw material that Unit I fabricates into components.

Aero Enterprises Unit II maintains simultaneous stock of: HR IS 2062 (Hot Rolled structural), CR IS 513 CQ / DQ / DDQ (Cold Rolled — all three drawing grades), GI IS 277 at 120, 150, and 180 GSM (Galvanized Iron), SS 304 and SS 316 (Stainless Steel), HRPO / Pickled and Oiled (HR with clean surface), and Mild Steel (MS) coils in standard gauges. All primary grades supplied with JSW or TATA Mill Test Certificate. Secondary grades available separately.

Minimum order quantity varies by service. For steel supply at Unit II — minimum coil or sheet dispatch is typically 1 tonne for primary grades. For fabrication job work at Unit I — minimum batch quantities depend on the process: laser cutting and CNC bending accept prototype quantities from 10 pieces; power press stamping has a minimum of 500 pieces per run due to tooling setup cost amortisation; powder coating is batched at minimum 50 kg per run.
